Shipping policy

Your order will ship within 2-5 business days from the date ordered, unless otherwise stated on the website (due to holidays or other situations impacting shipping)

• During the summer months order will only ship Monday-Thursday to prevent melting of candles/melts while sitting at the carrier's warehouse.
• Local Pick is available at check out for those in the Dallas-Fort Woth area, by appointment only.
• Local Delivery is also offered in selected zip codes in the DFW area (verify your eligibility at check out), You will be emailed after the order is ready for delivery with the date/time estimated for your delivery. 
• Due to Covid-19, shipping delays have occurred with all shipping companies. if packaged get lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider and have tracking number available to file claim.*
