Shipping and Return Policy
Your order will be shipped out within 2-5 business days from the date ordered.
- During hot months orders will only be shipped Monday-Friday, to prevent melting of the candles/melts while sitting at the carrier’s warehouse.
- local pickup available at checkout by appointment only.
- *due to Covid-19, shipping delays have occurred with all shipping companies. if packages get lost or stolen, please contact shipping provider and have tracking number available to file a claim.*
At this time we are not issuing refunds. Returns are accepted under the conditions below.
Damages and Issues
Returns will only be processed in the event of a damaged or defective product. To process a return:
- Please inspect your order upon reception. contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and correct the issue.
- Your damaged item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You must send photo-proof of your damaged item to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete any return/exchange.
